Booking made simple
Booking your
customers
understand.
Pick the chair, table or person — on a plan of your actual space.
What you get
Three things, done properly
A site that looks like your business
Photos, services, hours and a portfolio people scroll.
Booking that fits how you work
Chairs, beds, tables, rooms, people — never double-booked.
One place to talk to customers
Reminders and follow-ups, without a second inbox.
Two ways to start
Do it yourself, or let us do it
You set it up yourself, and it stays yours.
- The whole booking system, not a sample of it
- Your space drawn as a floor plan customers click
- A public profile page at hualio.com
We do the setup, the site, and the looking after.
- A website designed and built for your business
- We enter your services, staff, hours and floor plan
- You send a message; we make the change

The service model
How it works
- We talk
- About how your business runs and what you need.
- We build it
- The site, services, staff and your plan of the space.
- We keep it running
- You send a message; we make the change.
Questions
Worth asking first
Do you take payments, or a cut of my bookings?
Neither. Hualio never processes a payment and never takes a percentage of anything you earn. You take money the way you take it today.
Do my customers have to make an account?
No. They pick a time, give a name and a way to reach them, and they are booked — with a private link to view, move or cancel it later.
What happens if two people book the same slot?
The database physically refuses to store two overlapping holds on the same chair, table or person, so it cannot happen — not a check we run and hope.
Do I have to move my website?
No. We can build you a new site, or drop the booking flow into your existing one with a single line of code.
What does it cost?
That is a conversation rather than a page — the number depends on what we are building and running for you. Ask us.
What if I want to leave?
You ask, and we export your customers, services and bookings in an ordinary open format. No proprietary file, no exit fee.
